Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING OFFER ON ITEMS OVER $149
Individual items over $149 (before sales tax) qualify for FREE economy shipping within the lower 48 states.  Economy orders are shipped UPS Ground. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere else outside of the lower 48 states do not qualify for free shipping. Oversized items may not qualify for free shipping and will be noted on the product page.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt. While Cricket Outdoors attempts to ship orders together and complete, we may ship multiple items separately. Our fulfillment centers are located across the United States and ship from the origin where an item is stocked. This may vary the time it takes for an item to arrive at your location. A tracking number will be provided once the shipper makes it available.

Orders received after 2 PM on Friday will ship soonest, the following Monday by 5 PM, including expedited orders.  FedEx and UPS do not operate on Saturdays or Sundays.

MORE SHIPPING POLICY NOTES
Our shipping rates are determined by your address, location of the fulfillment center, product weight and in some cases size of the product. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground. We also offer expedited UPS and FedEx options on request.  UPS is our preferred and default carrier. All shipping times listed above (including expedited service) are in business days only (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded) and provided as an estimate only.

A complete and accurate shipping address is required as Cricket Outdoors does not refund freight charges on packages returned to us as undeliverable. Any freight charges assessed by the shipper for returning a refused package will be the customer's responsibility. If these charges are less than the value of your return, we will deduct that amount from your refund.

All orders are subject to approval and verification. If Shipping and Billing address are different, additional verification will be required which may cause delays. If there are any issues fulfilling or shipping your order, Cricket Outdoors will attempt to contact you by phone or email. If you have ordered multiple items and there is an issue with part of your order, we will ship the partial order.
